Percy Warner Park is a huge public park in Nashville that happens to only be a couple minutes down the road from where I live. It is connected to Edwin Warner Park, and together, they cover nearly 2,684 acres of stunning land just outside of the city. It is stunning.
Upon arrival, we found a place to park and immediately paid our attention to the beautiful sounds in the park. There was a huge owl staring right at us from the top of a tree as we wandered about the green fields. I knew right away that this would be a place where I’d like to spend more of my free time.

We’ve been living in Nashville for almost two weeks now, but it is already starting to feel like home. I’m so happy that Steve and I can be in a city that is already familiar to us and is filled with kind hearts and beautiful souls. We’re grateful for the friends we have here and look forward to the ones we’ll make.
In close, I’ll leave you with this quote that my mom shared with me that she said reminded her of me:
Β Don’t forget where you came from
<——————————————————–
But don’t lose sight of where you’re going.

Love the Warner parks! Jake usually takes Chips for a run and I take Nahla for a walk through the trails. It's so peaceful!
That dress is amazing!
