This lovely morning was spent at the Nashville Farmers' Market with our dear friends Brian and Trisha who moved down to Nashville last autumn from Canada. One of the great things about Nashville is that it's almost impossible to feel over-dressed or under-dressed for any occasion. Everyone here has such a unique sense of style, so showing a bit of character is not only accepted, but welcomed. Belle Meade Plantation
Today we wandered down Harding Pike to the Belle Meade Plantation. Although it closes at 5pm and we weren't able to tour the property, we still drove around the area and took in the beautiful scenery. I must admit, the drive to Belle Meade is terrible around 5pm when I'm driving home from work, but once I'm home for the evening it's a breath of fresh air to be away from the city madness and surrounded by so much green.
